HERITG Privacy Policy
Effective September 11, 2026
HERITG is developed by Hamanto Studio. It is designed to preserve family trees without an account or sending family information to Hamanto Studio.
No sign-up is required. Family data is stored locally. Core functionality works offline. Optional account, encrypted sharing and Family+ services use a backend. Product analytics, advertising SDKs and third-party crash reporting remain disabled.
Family data
Names, relationships, dates, photographs, notes, and imported genealogy records are stored in the app's local container. Optional sharing and synchronization upload encrypted copies, not plaintext family records.
Imports and exports
Imports are processed on-device. Users explicitly choose where exports are shared. After an export leaves HERITG, the selected service and recipient control it.
Analytics and diagnostics
HERITG does not currently send product analytics or third-party crash reports. Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics are not used.
Web hosting and payments
Cloudflare hosts the web app and proxies API traffic to Google Cloud in Jakarta. These providers process request metadata and encrypted payloads to operate the service. API responses are not cached; application logs exclude private content and credentials. DOKU processes optional one-time Family+ payments. HERITG stores plan, amount, invoice reference, verified status and access duration, never bank login credentials or family content in payment records. No automatic charge is scheduled.
App Store
Apple processes downloads, payments, and related platform information under Apple's privacy policy. Hamanto Studio may receive aggregate App Store reports.
Advertising and tracking
HERITG does not sell family data and does not use advertising SDKs, device fingerprinting, or cross-app tracking.

Contact Hamanto Studio through Telegram. Do not include family data, private keys, or credentials in the initial message.
